“I was the Project Manager representing Auckland council on the Liston Park, deconstruction job. I experienced Green Way to be a competent, professional contractor, who managed their contract responsibilities, health and safety and reporting to a high standard. The worksite was in a community sports park and required some management of the public. I found that the onsite staff and the project supervisor dealt with public interaction with courtesy and in a constructive manner. Modest variation costs were incurred and attributable to a third party. The contract required resource recovery reporting. These reports and all information were provided in a timely manner and the approximate 80% of material diverted from landfill was a positive outcome and in line with Councils sustainability objectives. I would be happy to work with Green Way on future project works.”
